Me and Amina, Amina and me.

This past week-end I went on a small road trip with my mom to attend a family function. Bored with my usual travel companion, I wanted something new. I usually bring my travel suite case that has wheels. Taking public transportation through the city with 3 days worth of clothes, sometimes you need wheels. This time I wanted to bring something with out dents and scratches, something a little prettier. I decided to bring a bag I had made for myself a while ago but hadn't used much, Amina. It is officially my new favorite road trip companion! The leather is super soft, and light which means you can pack even more stuff and it wont break your shoulder off. I made the shoulder strap a little longer this season so it really rests comfortably on your shoulder and next to your body. She makes you look like less of a traveller while traveling. Speaking of looking like a traveller, the last few times I was in the airport I noticed an overwhelming trend, girls in yoga pants and Uggs. EVERYWHERE I turned there was another girl in black lycra and puffy boots that had seen better days. I get it must be comfortable but.... I'm not sure I'm feeling that look, but I might be the only one. I like watching the old movies where ladies dressed in their Sunday best to travel. Im sure it wouldn't be as comfortable as stretchy pants and slippers but you would look fresh and clean stepping off that plane! AMINA DETAILS
